TCIM Services Inc. is hiring 250 customer service representatives or telephone sales associates in the next 30 to 60 days at its Tulsa location, according to the Tulsa World.
The new hires are needed to handle increased business from existing customers and to accommodate a new division for a business-to-business telecommunications company. Entry-level wages for the positions being filled range from $11.42 to $13 an hour.
TCIM helps build companies' revenue and handle customer service needs -- including selling products and services -- for a variety of industries, including telecommunications, financial service and insurance companies.
TCIM also has call centers in Oklahoma City, Edmond, and Norman, employing nearly 1,800 people statewide. The company says it's also hiring about 150 people spread between those locations.
Both part-time and full-time positions are available at the Tulsa center. The company is looking for sales aptitude or customer service ability among potential job candidates.
